Custom G-70

This guitar found a wonderful home with Jack Shannon, singer and song-writer, who can also really play.  He’s going to write a number 1 hit on this guitar.

This is a special guitar in a number of ways: It is the 50th guitar built in the Murfreesboro shop; It is signed on the inside of the Sitka Spruce top by all the builders; and most impressively, it was used by Old Crow Medicine Show on their Paint This Town album and with live performances (as well as having been played by Keb’ Mo’ and Molly Tuttle).

• East Indian Rosewood back and sides
• Sitka spruce top
• Tortoise Shell bound body, neck and headstock

Ketch talks in the YouTube video (below) about playing this guitar on “Reason to Run.”  You can skip to the 29 minute mark to see Ketch play this guitar (yes, the guitar needed new strings in the video but it’s all good now).  And, doesn’t it look great in Molly Tuttle’s hands.
