This guitar is a custom guitar ordered by Chet Atkins to his unique specifications. The guitar was used to record “Danny Boy” by Jim Hurst on his Second Son album. There is an interesting provenance of this guitar that you can read in the letter below. This is a special guitar and also one that has a rich voice. The checking in the finish only adds to its charm.
